I have research a few of the benefits that apple cider vinegar is used for, and they may surprise you.

This acidic vinegar is mostly made of apple juice, but with the added yeast it turns the sugar in the juice to an alcohol, this process is known as fermentation. ACV has been used for centuries to remedy health concerns, here are some health benefits it can provide for you:

1. Help with our stomach aches

Sipping apple cider vinegar mixed with water can help an upset stomach as well has bacterial infections in your intestines.

2. Soothes a sore throat

Try alone or mixed with honey and warm water to relieve a scratchy, irritated throat.

3. Help with blood sugar control

Studies have shown that apple cider vinegar can significantly lower blood glucose levels.

4. Anti-aging properties

The beta carotene and anti-aging vitamins found naturally in apple cider vinegar can reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

5. Treats bloating and gas

Apple cider vinegar is packed with enzymes that help your digestive system work properly.

Now you are properly wondering if it tastes good, and how to drink it? There are many options on how you want to digest apple cider vinegar, and luckily you only need a small amount to reap the benefits!

The most common ways people consume their healthy dose of apple cider vinegar is mixed with water, 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider with 8 ounces of water. Add a spoonful or honey, or squeeze some lemon to add some flavor, some people add a dash of cinnamon or ginger for some flare.
